I started GFW Properties, LLC in February 2004 and I work from my home office located in Ballwin, MO.
GFW stands for God, Family, Work which is a regular reminder to me of the order of my priorities.
I got started in real estate as an investor, buying and fixing up properties for resale or rental.
Today, I'm a Missouri licensed Real Estate Broker, HUD Registered Broker, and Online Auctioneer.
On the selling side, in addition to a traditional MLS listing, I offer a real estate online auction service.
My listing commission is 1% if I'm also helping you buy a home or 2% if I'm just helping you sell.
On the buying side, I specializing in helping buyers craft winning offers on homes in St. Louis West County.
