I started GFW Properties, LLC in February 2004 and I work from my home office located in Ballwin, MO.
I got started in real estate as an investor, buying and fixing up properties for resale or rental.
Today, I'm a licensed HUD Registered Broker, Real Estate Broker-Associate and Online Auctioneer in Missouri.
On the selling side, in addition to a traditional MLS listing, I offer a real estate online auction service
My listing commission is 3.5% if I'm also helping you buy a home or 4.5% if I'm just helping you sell. This fee includes paying the buyers agent.
On the buying side, I specializing in finding buyers the best bank forclosures and HUD foreclosure deals in St. Louis West County.
